Import lens model into Rhino.

Draw outline like a real camera as front part.

Attention !

You have to cut the camera sketch into 2 parts (up and dawn) for placing lens to the inside.

Draw slots for insert the interlock tongues.

I use 4mm MDF board here, and you have to change the width if you use other material.

Draw the back side.

You can just copy from the front part.

Draw the side part to connect the front and back pieces.

Draw the side part to set all parts together.

Do fillet on corners, it will be smooth to be hold.

Put all parts on the same view, and export as '' dxf '' or '' ai '' format for the laser cutter.

After cutting down all parts, assemble them together.
